PM messages

Postby jcrntx » Sun Oct 11, 2009 11:24 am

Quick question on how PM messages work. I have sent a couple, that have been received and responded to. Have been attempting to send one to FCPGroton as I have a question on some suspension parts I am getting ready to order but the messages show up in my outbox rather than my sent box. Are they pending for some reason? Thanks!

Is your box full, by any chance? Or, you could have hit save or preview, and not send.

Take another look. Also, it may show as Inbox (0) and Sent / Outbox (1) because it will treat it like a private thread that is 'New' until they read it.

My box only has 4 or 5 messages as I am a newbie. And I am making sure to hit submit rather than save as I did that at first. I sent another message that showed in my outbox and then the member responded back to the message so he did receive it. I will wait and see if he responds. Thanks!

I wanted to let you know that I did get both your messages and I did respond so you should be all set. Let me know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to help. Also, sometimes it may be best to post questions in the forum because you will get a response sooner. The members on this forum are very knowledgeable when it comes to Volvos, so you can't go wrong.
